If neither of these solutions work, there may a Bluetooth driver conflict keeping things from working correctly. Otherwise the speaker may just automatically connect to the previous device. If you have already connected your speaker to a phone, tablet, or another computer, please temporarily turn off that device when you try to connect to the Plugable adapter. Most Bluetooth speakers will only connect to one device at a time.
The speaker is already connected to another device. Usually you have to press and hold a button on the speaker or go through some other process so that the speaker will tell other Bluetooth devices in the area that it is available for connection.
